Long-term Mortgage Rates Drop for the Ninth Week Out Of The Last Ten
Freddie Mac today released the results of its Primary Mortgage Market Survey in which the 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 5.62 percent, with an average 0.6 point, for the week ending June 2, 2005, down from last week when it averaged 5.65 percent.
